Food Parcels
No one in the UK should go without food! It’s estimated that 9.5 million tonnes of food is wasted each year. WSDA Hub access to this food before it is thrown and redistributes it. Each week we collect and distribute over 500kg of food, supporting many families within Wallington and the surrounding areas. Q&A
Do I need to be referred?
Most food banks require you to be referred by another agency. We do not require this. It can be hard to ask for help or sometimes the threshold for a referral may be high. Sometimes a little extra help can reduce your monthly outgoings and help provide increase the financial cushion
Do I just turn up?

Do I need to pay?
Although not obligatory, we do ask you to make a donation of £3.
How much will food will I receive?
We cannot guarantee exactly how much food you will receive because most of our food is donated. An average person can expect a range of vegetables, meat and frozen food. We weigh how much food we give out to help keep track of our progress and report back to our suppliers.
