Champz Fitness Sessions

Let’s help our young people get active and build healthy habits! We’re working to provide free gym access for children at the Phoenix Centre, guided by a professional personal trainer. 

These sessions will take place on Thursdays during our regular youth club time, but spaces are limited to just 8 per session, so pre-booking is essential.

Sign up process:

There are three steps to give children free access to the gym

  1. Create a free everyone Active Profile using this link -> Create Everyone Active Profile
  2. Complete gym induction (date to be arranged)
  3. Sign up for the gym session on the day
